Return / Exchange Policy  

Within the first 30 days of purchase returns can be made for a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Our shipping charges are not refundable; unless it was damaged during the shipping process. In this case 800baba.com will pay for return shipping and have the product fixed free of charge.

However under certain circumstances returns and refund will not be given if the following apply:

  • If the Customer is simply unhappy with the product or did not read about what the Customer was ordering no refund will be given and no returns accepted.
  • If at any time the Customer decides to cancel his or her order before shipping or during the shipping process no refund will be given. Unless otherwise noted: Special Order items, Pre-Order Items and Back Ordered Items are exempt from this.
  • If at any time the Customer decides to not use the product and wants to return it no refund will be given. Although, in the event of this happening, we will be more then happy to accept a return and issue store credit in the amount of the product. Though in a case like this the customer must mail us the product, and it must be ‘new’ or ‘like new’, with all its accessories and manuals. Follow the return shipping instructions mentioned in paragraph 3 (below) of 800baba.com’s Return/Exchange Policy for the acceptable shipping method in which to send your order back to 800baba.com’s Returns Department.
  • If at any time the Customer finds out the product ordered does not work with their vehicle/system/etc. no refund will be given. Although, in the event of this happening, we will be more then happy to accept a return and issue store credit in the amount of the product ordered. Though in a case like this the customer must mail us the product, and it must be ‘new’ or ‘like new’, with all its accessories and manuals. Follow the return shipping instructions mentioned in paragraph 3 (below) of 800baba.com’s Return/Exchange Policy for the acceptable shipping method in which to send your order back to 800baba.com’s Returns Department.
  • No returns can or will be accepted without prior authorization from our Returns Department. To request a Return Authorization Number for any of our warranty covered products please call us at (213) 742-8769. Once the Customer has received the Customer’s Return Authorization Number please send the package with a copy of the Customer’s invoice along with it. If the Customer does not 800baba.com will refuse the package, the product MUST be shipped double-boxed via UPS Freight. When shipped the item must be ‘new’ or ‘like new’, if it is damaged by the Customer before or during shipping back to us 800baba.com will refuse the product.

    All products must be shipped with their accessories, manuals, etc that it came with. If it is not, 800baba.com will send the product back and charge the Customer shipping for sending it back to the Customer. When 800baba.com receives the package it will repair the product and ship it back to the Customer in the same condition as it received it in.

    We will be happy to exchange the product for the Customer, charging the Customer return shipping from him or her and to the Customer, crediting him or her the price of the product the Customer bought and charging him or her the difference for the new product the Customer wishes to exchange it for.

    Problems With Your Order  

    If any problems with your order happen to occur, for example:

    • Have not received and order confirmation email
    • Have not received a tracking number
    • Order can not go through
    • Error during the checkout process

    Warranty Concerns  

    All products come with a standard 1 year warranty. Some come with a 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is Refurbished it will come with a 90 day limited warranty.

     
    Customer Feedback  

    If the Customer would like to rate and review a product, please do not hesitate. Go to the product the Customer bought and click on ‘rate and review’ link under the product’s picture. Please be honest and rate and review how the Customer's experience with the product was.
