All information on your order will be emailed to you straight away. All information is also available in your ‘My Account’ pages. Your tracking number will be posted there as well and will also be emailed to you. You can track your order through the ‘My Account’ pages as well by clicking the ‘Track Order’ link.
We DO NOT ship if your shipping address is different from your billing address. If you happen to have a card that is not yours (Your parents, Spouses, etc) and live elsewhere (Dorm, with a friend, etc) please follow the instructions below to make things easier for the both of us:
In the case that your shipping address is different then billing address you have to add the new shipping address to your card, in order to do that call your bank or card provider and request that they add your new shipping address to the card. We will check with your bank to see that this address is registered to your card. If it is not, we cannot and will not ship to you, your money will be refunded and you will have to go through the ordering process again with your different address registered to your card.
