When coming to the checkout process, you will be asked to present what type of payment method you want to choose. (It helps to already have this taken care of by creating an account with us and choosing what payment method you want there.) We accept most major credit cards, except American Express. We do not however take Credit Cards from foreign banks and companies. We do not accept money orders or checks at this time.

Do to California State Law we must charge 8.25% sales tax on any orders within California. Anyone orders placed outside of California is exempt from California State Sales Tax.

We use UPS for shipping our orders. During Checkout please specify which UPS Shipping Method you wish to use (I.E Ground, Three Day Air, Two Day Air, Over Night). Though if you use a P.O Box or are located at an APO, you should contact us before your order so that we can go ahead and get the requisite USPS materials ready and filled out for your order.

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but we will only do it for Three Day Air and Two Day Air. So before during your order you should always select one of these two if you live in one of these two states.

We DO NOT ship if your shipping address is different from your billing address. If you happen to have a card that is not yours (Your parents, Spouses, etc) and live elsewhere (Dorm, with a friend, etc) please follow the instructions below to make things easier for the both of us:

In the case that your shipping address is different then billing address you have to add the new shipping address to your card, in order to do that call your bank or card provider and request that they add your new shipping address to the card. We will check with your bank to see that this address is registered to your card. If it is not, we cannot and will not ship to you, your money will be refunded and you will have to go through the ordering process again with your different address registered to your card.

We do not ship internationally at this time. So please do not needlessly waste time with question on how we ship internationally, it would be greatly valued.

In the event of misprinting or errors in the pricing of a product 800baba.com will notify its Customers with the correct price. At time of notification the Customer has the right to refuse or accept the correct prices. 800baba.com is not responsible for any printing and technical errors.
